Meet Ashween Singh, a talented student pursuing his BTech in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University. Hailing from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Ashween's journey is shaped by his background in defense schooling and his deep passion for writing.
His experience at WeCP was overwhelmingly positive, marking his first foray into the corporate world. Despite initial nerves, Ashween found himself embraced by his manager, and the entire team. The vibrant work culture, coupled with regular feedback sessions, created an environment conducive to growth and learning, even in a remote setting.
Ashween's favorite task at WeCP was crafting blogs for the company's website, where he had the freedom to unleash his creativity without feeling the pressure of deadlines.
Reflecting on his time at WeCP, Ashween acknowledges the potential for deeper learning had she been able to work offline in the office. Currently, he's engaged as an HR intern for a Delhi-based company but is actively pursuing opportunities in content writing, with hopes of joining a prominent firm soon.

Tell us something about yourself
I am Ashween Singh, hailing from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. With a background in defense schooling from Army Public Schools, I am currently pursuing my degree in Computer Science. Alongside my studies, I am deeply passionate about writing and have been actively involved in various writing endeavors such as article writing and blog writing.
Describe your experience while working here at WeCP
My experience at WeCP was very positive. It was my first exposure to working with a company of this stature, and I was initially quite nervous. However, my manager Ajit Sir, along with everyone else in the team, was incredibly welcoming. The work culture at WeCP is phenomenal, with regular feedback sessions that foster improvement. Despite working remotely, the regular meetings and huddles made me feel like I was part of the team in the office.
WeCP gives you complete ownership of the tasks that are assigned to you. Which task that you owned at WeCP was your favorite?
I used to write blogs for the WeCP website, and I was given complete ownership of my creativity. There was ample time given to complete tasks, and I never felt any deadline pressure.
In hindsight, is there anything you would have done differently during your stay at WeCP with respect to the work that you did?
Not with respect to my work, but I believe if I had worked offline in the office, I would have learned a lot more from the team.
Where and what are you currently working on? What are your plans for the future?
I am currently working as an HR intern for a Delhi-based company, but this is temporary. I have been giving interviews for a content writing job at a very big firm, and hopefully, there will be good news very soon.
What were your takeaways from this internship?
The feedback that I received from Ajit Sir will be something I will take with me, as it helped me a lot in improving long-form blogs and making them more interesting.
Can you recall your most memorable moment here at WeCP?
There were not many, but I would say when there was a meeting regarding AI Copilot with Shobhit Sir, and that was very insightful. Another thing that I would like to add will be the team dinner. I couldn't be a part of it, but it sounded very fascinating.
It was great to have Ashween as a part of the WeCP family. We wish her all the success in her future endeavors.
