SCSM Assessment Test

    • Understanding of integrating SCSM with other IT management systems, such as Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and third-party tools for seamless data exchange and automation.
11. Security and Access Control:
    • Awareness of security best practices in SCSM, including role-based access controls (RBAC), data encryption, and compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
12. Deployment and Upgrade:
    • Experience in deploying SCSM in various environments (e.g., development, testing, production), performing upgrades, applying patches, and ensuring system availability and performance.
